1. Digital Products – No Refunds

Marigold Butterfly Library sells digital products, including:

  • Digital books
  • Journals
  • Printable materials

Due to the nature of digital content:

All digital product sales are final.

Once a digital product has been downloaded, we cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges, as there is no way to verify whether the content has been used.

This policy complies with UK consumer law regarding digital content.

2. Before You Purchase

Please ensure that:

  • You read the product description carefully
  • You understand the format of the product
  • Your device is compatible with the download

If you have questions before purchasing, contact us first.

3. Faulty or Inaccessible Downloads

If a digital product:

  • Fails to download, or
  • Is technically faulty,

  • Provide a replacement file, or
  • Resolve the issue where possible

Replacement Downloads
If you experience difficulty accessing or downloading a digital product, or if the file is lost or corrupted shortly after purchase, you may request a replacement download within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Requests made after this period may not be fulfilled.

4. Free Downloads & Giveaways

Free resources (such as monthly printable colouring books) are provided:

  • Free of charge
  • Without warranties
  • Subject to availability

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw free downloads at any time.
