| Tim and Tip follows the resourceful young newsboys Tim Chandler and his loyal companion Tip as they hustle for an honest living on the busy streets of a 19th-century American city. Life is not easy for boys with little money and no family to rely on, but Tim’s quick wit and Tip’s steadfast loyalty carry them through troubles with rival newsboys, petty thieves, and the daily struggle simply to get by.
